Netwerk presents an exhibition that addresses aspects of the connection between design, experimental contemporary art and architecture, from a starting point inspired by characteristic elements of the work of Lacaton & Vassal, architects of the new FRAC Nord-Pas de Calais.
This exhibition includes the highlights of the design collection of, shown in dialogue with work of Kelly Schacht, Frederik Van Simaey and Aglaia Konrad.

Each department in France has its own FRAC, Funds Régional d’Art Contemporain. They are not museums, but art centres that purchase and exhibit works, allowing a broad audience to become acquainted with the art of today. Under the leadership of Hilde Teerlinck, FRAC Nord-Pas de Calais has collected the more than 1,500 works from different disciplines.
