A Public School By a Public Team

During a debate Stijn Ank and Marc Belderbos present the design of a new building for the Academy of Fine Arts Aalst (initially devised in collaboration with a team from this school) and the site which everyone can join to take part in the discussion about the important meaning of opening a new public school.
